Gunnar Peterson's Core Secrets®
Core Secrets® is a revolutionary training system that targets the major or core muscles within the body. This easy to learn series of exercises is described and demonstrated on either DVD or VHS format and walks the participant through the training exercises step by step.
The Ball
Core Secrets uses a fitness ball rather than a bunch of weight equipment as seen in many other home and gym fitness training programs. The ball is lightweight, portable and very easy to travel with or move around the exercise area.
Weight loss
The program targets major muscle groups and works your body in a series of exercised designed to maximize metabolic enhancement while minimizing muscle fatigue. The result of this combination of exercise patterns is that you get your body into fat burning mode quicker and don’t get as tired or stiff or sore after the exercises.
Routines
Since all the equipment needed is the fitness ball and a flat surface, it is easy to complete the routines anywhere. Once you learn the basic exercises and understand how they help your body tone, you can customize your routine to target problem areas. The routines should be completed at least 3 times per week and only last 25 minutes each. Of course you can do the routine more often, but three times in the minimum.
